TeddyBear Anatomy Test and Normal Class of the Dance Teacher Preparation Program

Today at 11:00am I had the Anatomy test on musculature. I got up at 8:30am and at 9:00am I started studying. Then at 10:20am I changed clothes, put my folder (the one I have to present to the examiner at the Fracassi Conservatory) and the pens I would use for the test in my backpack and at 10:30am I went to the gym. I thought the test was going to be harder, but it was easy (I see I got a 4). I thought the subject of bones would also be included, but it was completely different (me and my anxiety hahaha). All I had to do was mark the correct option with an X, point out the functions of the muscles with arrows and say if the sentences were true or false.

Afterward, I went home, had lunch, and at 3:00 p.m. I changed clothes and at 3:30 p.m., I went to my regular Body Expression Teacher Training class, which is at 4:00 p.m. We were supposed to set the choreography to a song my teacher chose (in addition to improvisation and know technica and acrobatics, we have to put together a choreography between the four of us). If the rest of the class didn't arrive by 4:30 p.m., I would set the start of the choreography, and they would have to do what I set.

Eventually, another classmate arrived, but we didn't set anything and just listened to the music. What we did was warm up, and then we practiced tendús, degagés, and grand battements in the center. Then we did a sort of sequence (it wasn't exactly one, but I don't know what else to call it): it was two turns with relevé in 5th position, a waltz, and a pirouette with a preparation in 4th position (this might be hard to understand, so if you want, I can explain how to do it next time). When it was over, the teacher gave us the task of thinking about what we could mark for the choreography.

Afterwards, I went home and am now watching Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu.

Well, that's all, bye.
