Today I had Dance Teacher Preparation Program, and I'm going to tell you how it went.
We entered the large room (there's a large one with white walls and a smaller one with a cement floor), and the teacher gave me back my folder. The folder I handed her is one I have to present to the examiner at the Fracassi Conservatory.
Then we warmed up (according to what the teacher said, one of us will lead each class) and then we practiced acrobatics. We did the spider (or bridge), then we did the spider on one leg, and finally, we did the handstand. Then we grabbed our things and went to the small room, where we practiced ribbon improvisation.
Later, the rest of the girls (who are studying to become teachers for other dance styles) arrived, and the teacher taught about the abdominal hip muscles, the lateral abdominal muscles, and the pelvic muscles. And now I have to study for three school exams and another anatomy exam.
Well, that's all, bye.
